Position summary

This post provides an exciting opportunity to join the ongoing international MENTUPP project, which is led by the School of Public Health (SoPH) and the National Suicide Research Foundation (NSRF) in UCC, under the NSRF-UCC Strategic Collaboration MoA. MENTUPP is aiming to improve mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and has developed, implemented and is evaluating a comprehensive intervention targeting both clinical (depressive, anxiety disorders) and non-clinical (stress, burnout, wellbeing, depressive symptoms) mental health issues, as well as combating the stigma of mental health. The successful candidate will work with an interdisciplinary team of researchers, mental health professionals and representatives of small and medium enterprises in health, construction and ICT at international level.

The ideal candidate will have a background in public health/epidemiology and mental health research with expertise in psychosocial working conditions and experience in workplace interventions. Experience in conducting systematic reviews will be an advantage.
