Delegate registration

Registration for the EAOHP 2024 will open soon!

We are glad to announce that the 16th EAOHP conference will be held in a hybrid format, in which delegates can choose to attend the conference’s sessions whether in-person or remotely.

Deadline for author registration: 19 April 2024

Important information:

Payment method: Conference registration can be paid through credit card or bank transfer.
Current Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds will be possible until 01 May 2024 minus an administration fee (Until 05 March 2024: 35 EUR, between 06 March to 30 April 2024: 70 EUR).  
Visa: It is the responsibility of delegates to make their own travel and, where necessary, visa arrangements. Letter of Invitations will only be issued following confirmation of registration and receipt of payment.  

Registration fees

  • ​The delegate fee includes access to all scientific sessions taking place during the conference days (5-7 June 2024).
  • Registration fee includes a two-year membership to the Academy. You must confirm your agreement with this option during the registration process.

    For EAOHP Members (in-person attendance):

    Current member: € 440
    Renewing member: € 480 (This includes all delegates who attended the EAOHP Bordeaux 2022 conference and opted for membership).
    Student member*:  ​€ 350
    Member from a low or lower-middle income country**: € 350

    For Non-EAOHP Members (in-person attendance):

    Non-member: € 540
    Student non-member*:  ​€ 390
    Non-member from a low or lower-middle income country**: € 390

    Online:

    Remote attendance: € 200

    Conference events:

    Welcome reception: € 0
    Conference dinner: € 75 (limited to 250 participants)

    Preconference workshops (4 June 2024):

    General public: € 20
    Students*: € 10

    *A valid Student ID must be attached while registering as proof of the delegate’s student status.
    **Low and lower-middle income countries are those with a GDP per capita below $4,466 USD, for more information click here
